Trinity Technologies Ltd. ("PrimeLink," "we," "us," or "our") operates the primelink.app website and the PrimeLink SaaS platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Data Collected

  • Personal Data You Provide:
    • When you register for an account, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). This may include, but is not limited to: email address, name (if provided), and password (stored hashed).
    • If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
  • User Content (Provided for Service Functionality):
    • Documents for AI Training: If you upload documents (e.g., PDFs, FAQs, manuals) to train your PrimeLink Chat personas, we store these documents. These documents may contain personal data, for which you are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents.
    • Website Content for Indexing: If you authorize us to crawl and index your website(s), we will process the content from those sites. This content might include publicly available personal data.
    • Persona Configuration: Instructions, names, and other settings you define for your AI personas.
  • Data Generated by End-Users of Your Chat Widget:
    • When your end-users interact with the PrimeLink Chat widget embedded on your website, we process the conversation data. This data may include personal information shared by your end-users. As the owner of the website where the widget is deployed, you are typically the data controller for this end-user data, and PrimeLink acts as a data processor on your behalf according to these terms and any applicable Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
  • Usage Data & Analytics:
    • We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
    • For PrimeLink Insights, we analyze chat interactions to provide you with analytics (e.g., common topics, sentiment). This analysis is performed on the conversation data generated through your use of PrimeLink Chat.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies:
    • We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service. Please see our Cookie Policy for more details (if applicable).

2. Use of Data

PrimeLink uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
  • To process User Content (documents, website data) to train and enable the AI functionalities of PrimeLink Chat and other related services as configured by you.
  • To provide you with analytics and insights through PrimeLink Insights.
  • To notify you about changes to our Service.
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service.
  • To monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
  • To manage your account and provide you with notices about your account/subscription, including expiration and renewal notices, email-instructions, etc.
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection (when applicable).

3. Data Processing for AI Features (LLMs)

To provide AI-powered features, such as chat responses and content analysis, PrimeLink utilizes third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers (e.g., Fal.ai, which may use models from Google, OpenAI, Anthropic). When you use these features:

  • Relevant portions of your User Content (such as persona instructions, indexed document snippets, website content snippets, and end-user chat queries) are sent to these LLM providers for processing to generate responses or analysis.
  • We endeavor to select providers with strong security and privacy practices. However, data sent to these providers will be subject to their respective data usage and privacy policies. We recommend you review the policies of our key AI sub-processors. We will list significant sub-processors here or in a DPA.
  • We do not typically use User Content you provide for one client to train models for another client, unless this is an aggregated, anonymized, opt-in feature for general model improvement clearly communicated.

4. Data Storage and Security

We use third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service (e.g., Supabase for database and authentication, Backblaze B2 for file storage).

The security of your data is important to us. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data and User Content, including encryption, access controls, and other security measures. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data and User Content only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

You can typically delete your User Content (e.g., uploaded documents, personas) through the Service dashboard. Deletion from active systems will be prompt, but backup copies may be retained for a limited period as per our backup policies.

6. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR for EU residents, Ghana's Data Protection Act 843), you may have certain data protection rights. These may include:

  • The right to access, update or delete the information we have on you.
  • The right of rectification.
  • The right to object.
  • The right of restriction.
  • The right to data portability.
  • The right to withdraw consent.

You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority.

7. Service Providers & Sub-processors

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data and User Content only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Key sub-processors include:

  • Supabase: For database, authentication, and storage.
  • Fal.ai (and its underlying LLM providers): For AI model processing.
  • Vercel: For hosting our application.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

9. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
